Refund Policy

At Clear AF, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

SECTION 1 - RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused – The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused.

Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Eligible Products – Only regularly priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

SECTION 2 - NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on the following:

Opened or used products.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards & digital products.

Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact the original seller).

SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Email support@halobeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2.  Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3.  Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. 📧 Email us at support@halobeauty.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange, contact support@halobeauty.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

SECTION 6 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please: 1. Check your bank account. 2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to process). 3. Contact your bank (processing times vary). If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@halobeauty.com.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped. If you no longer want the item, please follow our return process after receiving it.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We do not refund original shipping fees.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

If you purchased a Clear AF product from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Shopify marketplace, or another store), please refer to their refund and return policies. We cannot process refunds for third-party purchases.
